Refunds, Returns, & Exchange Policy

Easy Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns!
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price. To receive either a refund or credit toward an exchange, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused, or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty, or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Days for Refund, Exchange, or Return: 
You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return/request a refund or exchange your purchase for something else. Contact us and we will give you mailing instruction. Your package must not be postmarked any later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.  

Please Follow These Instructions When Completing a Refund, Return, or Exchange: 
Pack the unworn and unwashed item(s) with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without these items. Please write in detail which items you want to exchange for.   Apex Urban Gear will send you your exchanged item(s) once we receive your package. If the item you are looking to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item and we will work with you to find a new item, grant a store credit, or refund you for the item.                                                                   

Refunds:                                                                                                       
Upon receiving your item, Apex Urban Gear will process your refund within 1-3 days from receipt of your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed, or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than which was originally used.                                                                                                 
We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges If:
The item(s) have been worn or washed.
The item(s) have been altered.
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
The item(s) were a final sale item.
